Crate 7004. (Dear Shareholder,) is an exercise in the collective ownership of the value and risks associated with Crate 7004, successfully blind purchased at the Schiphol Airport Lost and Found Auction. Through the sale of three mediated items found in Crate 7004 over the duration of the exhibition, the ceaseless cycle of transaction and transfer of possession continues, the item’s bidding price told by a timekeeping device installed on site - one that tells not only time, but also numerical-intangible values related to land, the cosmos, and the market.
